Spinach Pie
 
 
Ingredients
  • 3 cups of Frozen Spinach (Defrosted and drained of water)
  • 1 cup of Ricotta
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup of grated Parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 frozen pie crusts
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine your spinach, ricotta, parmesan cheese and egg mixture. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, although you could leave the salt out since the parmesan is salty enough. Spread the spinach filling into a pie crust. Take the other crust and cut it into strips to cover your pie. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until you see the crust turn golden. Enjoy.
