Fried Pork Chops

We all know frying food isn’t so good for us. But our taste buds don’t mind. They are not discriminating against the flavor a pan full of hot grease brings to the items submerged within. I baptized some pork chops recently. I seasoned them with my basic trilogy of salt, pepper and garlic powder. But then I wanted to add a less familiar flavor so I opted for smoked paprika.

I seasoned the meat and the flour. Dipped the chops then fried them in a pan of hot oil. They were finger licking good
